Is every piece really one of a kind?

Yes. Every item in the shop is made from found natural material — shells, driftwood, sea glass — and finished by hand. Because no two pieces of material are the same, no two finished pieces are the same. When an item sells, it is marked sold and never recreated.

How are the shells and coral collected?

Accepted Answer

We collect only empty shells that have been sorted by the tide, and we never take anything living. Coral is never harvested — the coral pieces we sell are sculpted in our studio. We follow strict limits: only a handful from any stretch of beach, and only where collecting is legal.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2 business days. Domestic (US) delivery takes 3–5 business days and international takes 7–14. Orders over $100 ship free. Every order is packed by hand in recycled materials and insured.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

This almost never happens — our packing is somewhat obsessive — but if it does, email us a photo within 7 days and we will repair or replace the piece at no cost. Natural material like shells can be delicate in transit, and we stand behind our packing.

Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely. We take a limited number of custom commissions each month. Share your budget, preferred colours and any inspiration photos via the Custom Orders page, and we will reply within two business days with ideas, sketches and honest pricing.

Do you offer returns?

Accepted Answer

Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind original, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it. See our Returns Policy for the full details.

How do I care for my piece?

Accepted Answer

Keep it out of direct, constant sunlight and away from moisture. Dust gently with a soft dry brush. Most pieces are sealed with marine-grade finish and will last for generations with light care.
