Resin Home Decor (“we”, “us”) operates https://resinhomedecor.com, an online storefront for handmade coastal art. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy and security standards (PCI DSS).
Inspiration photos you upload for custom orders are stored on Vercel Blob and used only to design your commission. We may ask your permission before sharing any imagery publicly — we will never do so without asking.
Our storefront works as a guest — your cart and wishlist are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to us. We do not use advertising cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@resinhomedecor.com. We respond within 30 days. Where applicable, you also have the right to object to processing and the right to portability.
Order records are kept for the period required by law and for warranty/returns purposes. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. Custom order requests are deleted one year after the project concludes, unless you ask us to keep them.
