Shipping

• Handling: orders ship within 2 business days, packed by hand in recycled materials.
• Domestic (US): 3–5 business days, insured.
• International: Worldwide, 7–14 business days, insured.
• Free shipping on all orders from KD 30.700 (US and international).
• Customs: international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

KD prices are estimates. Payments are processed in USD; your bank’s exchange rate and fees may differ.

Returns

Every piece we sell is a one-of-a-kind original, which means we cannot accept returns for change of mind — the piece you return is a piece that no longer exists to be sold again. Please choose carefully.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or does not match its listing, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund the piece at no cost to you. We have not lost a piece in transit yet — but if we ever do, you are fully protected.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before they ship. Custom commissions can be cancelled before the design is approved; after approval, a deposit may be retained for materials.

Care after delivery

Keep pieces out of constant direct sunlight and away from moisture. Dust gently with a soft dry brush. Our pieces are sealed with marine-grade finishes and are made to last — most will outlive their first home.
