Every item sold through https://resinhomedecor.com is a one-of-a-kind original made by hand from natural materials. Because no two pieces are alike, the photographs on the site are of the exact piece you will receive. Small variations in colour, grain and symmetry are inherent to the materials and are part of the character of each piece — they are not defects.
A piece is reserved only once payment is confirmed. If two customers attempt to purchase the same piece, the first confirmed payment wins; the other order is refunded in full. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By confirming an order you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the total shown at checkout, including shipping.
Orders ship within 2 business days, insured, to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days domestically and 7–14 internationally. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a piece is damaged in transit we will repair, replace or refund it (see Returns Policy).
Custom order requests are quotes, not contracts. The final price, timeline and design are confirmed by email before any payment is taken. Commissions are made to the approved design; substantial changes after approval may adjust the timeline and price.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
